Dance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the competition world, the early mornings, the late-night rehearsals, the nerves in the wings, the rush of hitting the stage. It shaped my confidence, my discipline, and the person I became long after the music stopped.
I created The It Factor because every dancer deserves a stage that celebrates them, not just the trophy, not just the score. The spark. The heart. The thing that makes you unforgettable the second you step into the light.
