Dance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the competition world, the early mornings, the late-night rehearsals, the nerves in the wings, the rush of hitting the stage. It shaped my confidence, my discipline, and the person I became long after the music stopped.
Back to AboutI hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a master's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a professional background spanning broadcasting, communications, and client experience.
That combination, the stage, the story, and the people, is what I bring to The It Factor. I understand the pressure dancers feel, the pride studios carry, and the way a single performance can stay with someone forever.
I created The It Factor because every dancer deserves a stage that celebrates them, not just the trophy, not just the score. The spark. The heart. The thing that makes you unforgettable the second you step into the light.
This competition is built on the belief that no two dancers are the same, and neither are their stories. Whether a dancer is fierce, funny, emotional, or electric, there is space for them here. My goal is to give studios a place where their dancers can be seen, celebrated, and remembered for who they truly are.
The It Factor is more than a competition to me. It is a love letter to the dance community that raised me, and an open invitation to the next generation of dancers ready to show the world what they've got.
